Ariadne was an Ancient Goddess of Crete and Later Greece who Married Dionysus the God of Wine Making. She was known as a Goddess who Eased Suffering, bringing Joy and the Divine to her Followers.
She helped Theseus to slay the great Minotaur Bull in Crete and rescued its victims. She was a regal and courageous heroine and one who we may all gladly honour today.
